Fraport Greece is seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Project Coordinator to join our IT&T Airport Systems team. The role will be responsible for coordinating and managing IT projects with a focus on optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management and a strong understanding of software solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT&T, business units, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of software solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
  • Coordinate post-implementation reviews, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for future improvements in project delivery.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new software systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management, with a strong focus on enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience in design, deployment and support of enterprise software applications.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI development, including report creation and data visualization.
  • Experience in managing project schedules, resources and budgets.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Greek/English.
