Βασική Αποστολή Θέσης:

Ο Construction Projects Coordinator θα συμμετέχει στη λειτουργία και οργάνωση του Τμήματος Κατασκευαστικών Έργων με κύριο στόχο την διασφάλιση και την συνεχή βελτίωση της ποιότητας των παρερχομένων υπηρεσιών (μελέτες ΣΑΥ, ΦΑΥ, ΕΕΚ).

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνία και διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες
  • Σύνταξη και αποστολή προσφορών και συμβάσεων σε πελάτες
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία ανεύρεσης και αξιολόγησης συνεργατών
  • Τακτική επικοινωνία, καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των συνεργατών που υποστηρίζουν τα τεχνικά και κατασκευαστικά έργα
  • Αποτελεσματική αλληλεπίδραση με τα συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα για την ομαλή υλοποίηση τεχνικών και κατασκευαστικών έργων
  • Επικοινωνία και διαχείριση των αρμόδιων φορέων δημοσίου (ΣΕΠΕ, ΚΕΠΕΚ, Επιθεώρηση Μεταλλείων κλπ)
  • Ολοκλήρωση ενεργειών θεώρησης προγραμμάτων του πελάτη και εξουσιοδοτημένη χρήση της πλατφόρμας ΟΠΣ - ΣΕΠΕ για λογαριασμό του πελάτη
Requirements

Εκπαίδευση – Γνώσεις: 

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανικού ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office

Εμπειρία:

  • 2 ετή εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σε customer service
