Cloudevo is growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Social Listening & Reputation Analyst with a strong focus on mention monitoring, audience sentiment analysis, and insightful reporting. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how our clients are perceived online — by tracking digital conversations, detecting early reputation signals, and transforming social listening into actionable insights.

As part of a data-informed, reputation-first team, you'll be responsible for delivering strategic reporting, coordinating monitoring projects, and helping our clients understand the conversations that define their brands.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Monitor brand mentions, keywords, hashtags, and sentiment across social media and the web using platforms like Mentionlytics.
  • Deliver recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly) highlighting sentiment trends, brand perception, volume peaks, and risk signals.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and presentations to communicate insights clearly to clients.
  • Identify potential reputation threats or PR risks and escalate proactively with context and suggested actions.
  • Track competitor and industry conversations to inform strategic positioning.
  • Collaborate with account teams to translate data into strategic recommendations and communication opportunities.
  • Manage reporting timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple client projects.
  • Coordinate project plans for social listening initiatives, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support crisis monitoring workflows by providing real-time data and reporting when needed.
  • Stay up to date on social platform changes, new monitoring tools, and best practices in reputation intelligence.

Desirable Experience & Skills
:

  • Familiarity with social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g., Mentionlytics).
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize sentiment data, trends, and reputation metrics.
  • Experience preparing client-facing reports, dashboards, or presentations.
  • Interest in reputation management, brand strategy, or digital communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working across multiple client accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
