Sales Department Associate
, specializing in
public tenders, offers, and contract management
, to join our growing team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify relevant public tenders aligned with the company's product portfolio
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive tender dossiers (eligibility documents, certificates, technical/financial proposals) in collaboration with internal departments
  • Tracking progress of ongoing tenders
  • Draft, submit, and follow up on objections or appeals in cooperation with the legal team
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and clarifications.
  • Manage and oversee procurement contracts and related documentation
  • Prepare and submit proposals for the private sector
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of public and private sector offers; generate periodic reports and summaries

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in
    English language
    (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office applications
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with the
    National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS)
  • Solid understanding of
    public procurement legislation and procedures
  • Familiarity with the
    DIAVGEIA platform
