NEMO is looking to expand its growing Sales Team with a Media Sales Manager. The ideal candidate knows how to best promote and sell media products and services, approaches potential customers to make sales, and maintains excellent relationships with all clients. This role requires working to reach sales quotas and delivering sales reports to upper management.

You will:

  • Build and manage day-to-day client service tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Newsroom & Creative Department) and prepare creative briefs
  • Develop presentations for clients
  • Create and analyze reports
  • Secure relationships with current & potential clients
  • Work to maximize sales and meet quotas in both the short and long term
  • Identify new tools, practices, suppliers, technology, and trends in the advertising industry
  • Coordinate teams for the production of advertising material
  • Monitor competition in terms of creation, analysis, and proposals
  • Track insertion orders and invoicing of agreed proposals

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Media Sales role or similar
  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Greek & English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools (docs, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, and confidence
  • Commercial awareness and adaptability
  • Excellent presentation and coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive and self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
