Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market research and event marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering insights, supporting events, managing budgets, and aligning marketing strategies to SOFMEDICA's mission in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Track competitors, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Organize logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely preparation and follow-up for events.
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on variances.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate event performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and ROI to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Team to develop content for local campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in market research, event coordination, or marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
