    Conduct industry and new markets research and analysis to identify, assess and propose potential business development ta
  • rgetsAssess market research and carry out financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate business opportunities and their strategic fit to the organiz
  • ationSupport the coordination of new business establishment process and related activities e.g. Shareholders' Agreement negotiation and drafting
  • etc.Participate in projects, Energy and non-Energy related, from a Commercial standpoint by working closely with External Advisors, SMEs, Project Managers & other Ex
  • pertsContribute to projects related to corporate transformation & improvement to enhance MOH's efficiency and create synergies where pos
  • sibleCreate presentations and other strategic analysis material to facilitate Senior Management decision-m

What you need to stan

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Adminis
  • trationMaster's degree in Finance or MBA, preferably, non-com
  • pulsoryAt least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a Strategy/Finance/Commercial department of a Group of Companies or in a consulting firm undertaking Corporate Finance/Strategy/M&A projects. Experience of the energy sector will be considered as a
  • n assetStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior col
  • leaguesDetailed understanding of valuation methodologies. Ability to build & review financial models (e.g. business plans
