Software Developer- IT Applications Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our IT team at Megaplast's headquarters in Marousi, Athens. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing applications that support the automation and digitalization of our business processes. This role will focus on creating solutions using Microsoft applications, automation tools (Power platform), Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom applications to automate and enhance business operations across all departments.
  • Design and build BI reports and dashboards based on Microsoft Dynamics ERP data, with a strong focus on financial data management and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the existing IT team and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Drive the company's digital transformation initiatives by introducing innovative technology solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Provide support and enhancements for existing Microsoft-based applications and ERP integrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft application development, automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Business Intelligence (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and its integration capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and transform them into digital solutions.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
