SAP &Business Applications Support Specialist

to join the IT team in Maroussi.

Sidenor, is looking for a SAP Business Applications Support Specialist for its Headquarters in Maroussi. As the SAP Business Applications Support Specialist, you will report to the Business Applications Senior Manager and be responsible for supporting SAP implementations and collaborating with different departments to ensure the quality and adoption of the projects and system harmonization

What you will need to do:

• Business Analysis and Configuration on the following SAP Modules MM, SD
• Objects development (ABAP)
• Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP for Change Requests and Projects
• Roles &Authorizations
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of relevant SAP Modules
• Work with external consultants to complete projects, Change Requests and other issues within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption
• Guide and provide assistance to team members on a variety of Business Application topics
• Train end-users and ensure documentations are done as per the Group's standards
• Monitor and coordinate Business Applications tickets, resolve and provide support as per the agreed SLAs
• Host regular reviews with business personnel on status &performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
• Conduct technical training to fellow Associates/New Joiners

What you need to possess:

• BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems

• At least 2 years of hands on, project-based SAP experience in one or more of the following modules SD, MM

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP objects development

• Experience in SAP interfaces with other Applications

• Any SAP Certification is a plus

• Any other areas/modules of SAP experience and/or on user configuration will be considered as a plus
• Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures will also be considered as a plus
