This trend is continuing.  (awards 2024: Top Export Company in HR (Gold) & Top Services Export Company (Gold), από ethos EVENTS) Currently we are looking for Backend Software Engineers for AUTOMOTIVEto offer their services to one of our very promising international cooperations for the Global Automotive Market, and especially for Over the Air update solutions, from Athens – Greece.Your tasks:· Align with customer (expectations, technical requirements, solution concepts, blockers, bugs, change requests)· Design a possible solution:o   Enforce reuse of existing source code o   Implementation of completely new software components · Implement solution (or control implementation done by others).· Bug analysis and fixing:o   As our products are based on existing solutions, a part of the daily business is analysis of source code and "minimal invasive changes".· Test and optimize solution.· Ensure complete processes (ASPICE) conform work:o   Documentation (description of functionality, design and implemented code) o   Traceability of requirements to solution and its verification.RequirementsRequired skills:· University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical-/ Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline.· Experience with Backend development (programming language: wished: Golang, alternatively: Java or Python)· SQL + Database knowledge· OpenAPI - Webservices· Kubernetes· AWS Infrastructure (k8, SQS, RDS)· Monitoring / Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch)· CI/CD (Git, Gitlab)· Pragmatic, solution orientated personality with enough frustration tolerance to fight with bugs (in code that is not from you).· Knowledge of software engineering principles and processes. · Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. The successful candidates will be part of a team of highly qualified professionals, working for automotive software, established in Greece (Athens), being involved in the full software development lifecycle.
