Marketing Associate, Golden Hall

Our new colleague will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Malls and be part of Golden Hall Center Management team, supporting the organization and proper execution of Center's marketing activities.

The role focuses on the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media content, tenants' promotions, and collaboration with internal and external partners, including agencies and media.

As part of the Golden Hall Center Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

In detail, the Digital Marketing Associate will support the Center Management team, in the following:

• Coordinate tenants' digital promotional campaigns, ensuring equal promotion among them (present tenants' promotion's concept, request product/material to promote, arrange and brief photoshoot /video production, and oversee caption editing and final review)
• Coordinate the creation and publication of content for Golden Hall website page and social media accounts (responsible for monitoring on time content generation, check tenants related posts), monitoring on-schedule uploads, requesting updates etc
• Monitor content calendar, ensure timely uploads, request updates and track deliverables.
• Handle media partners for affiliate sites (manage timelines, media slots, content approvals, and final proofing)
• Prepare and deliver the digital part of Tenants Promotion Report
• Work closely with media and advertising agencies to plan and execute paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, programmatic).
• Provide accurate briefs to photographers, videographers, and content creators ensuring content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
• Track and control marketing budget lines related to digital campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong and proactive communication with tenants, supporting all digital marketing-related needs. Analyze campaign data and digital KPIs; contribute to post-campaign evaluations.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital project management tools

Professional Experience:

• About 3- 5 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications position, ideally in retail / shopping centers or Advertising / PR Company with focus on digital media
• Strong knowledge of digital campaign management, from concept to execution
• Knowledge of marketing activities and requirements in relation to the retail, visitor attraction, or related environments
• Hands-on experience in briefing and supervising external creatives (photo/video)
• Ability to write and proofread creative copy
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
