Logistics Service Provider Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
- Customize and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
- Drive user adoption through training, support, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize CRM usage.
- Track and analyze customer interactions and behaviors to provide actionable insights.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Commercial Excellence team in Marousi.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of direct experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
