Country Manager

Position Role:
An experienced salesperson with technical knowledge, to provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and collaborate closely with our suppliers to support technical projects.

Opportunity

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations and technical advice
  • Act as the main contact point for assigned product lines, including communication and coordination with suppliers. Stay informed about our product portfolio, upcoming launches, and competitor offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, Procurement and Credit to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer activity, and market trends. Prepare regular reports and share progress and challenges with the management team
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and documentation to support internal processes and decision-making

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales of raw materials in the field of coating
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to travel
  • Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
  • Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals
  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization
  • Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
