Supply & Logistics Manager
to join our team.

Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will safeguard product availability, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient distribution, while leveraging SAP ERP to ensure full visibility and control across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    our Supply & Logistics function and team, implementing the
    supply chain strategy
    to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure
    uninterrupted supply by managing partnerships
    with manufacturing sites in Greece & abroad.
  • Drive
    demand planning, inventory control & product availability
    using SAP.
  • Manage
    3PL partners
    for warehousing & distribution (SLAs, compliance, costs).
  • Ensure full
    GDP & regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory & Quality teams to align supply operations with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree
    in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
    in supply chain/logistics, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Proven expertise in
    SAP
    (MM, SD, WM) & 3PL/vendor management.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong
    leadership, negotiation,
    and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of GDP and
    pharmaceutical distribution standards
    .
