Starting with the role:

Currently we are seeking to hire a
Collections Administrator
to join our team.

During your day you will:

  • Manage and execute internal tasks (Sap, Opencomm, Sales Force, Thalis, EDA THES/ATT,).
  • Communicate with network managers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requests (Thalis, EDA THES/ATT).
  • Activate and monitor internal customer communication Portfolios.
  • Act as the focal point of contact with external partners for their request in SAP.
  • Provide feedback to both internal and external supervisors regarding any issues or challenges
  • Follow and comply with all aspects of the department's work procedures and policies.
  • Take over new commers training.
  • Effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls (special cases)
  • Properly update customers' files and log appropriate information into the computer system.

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Familiarity with systems
  • Critical Thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player and a customer-oriented culture
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
