About the Company

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our existing portfolio and actively support the strategy, research, and identification of new investment opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational and financial management capabilities with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset — contributing both to the performance optimization of current assets and to the growth of the portfolio through targeted acquisitions and developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties across Greece and Romania.
  • Manage lease administration, renewals, rent collections, and tenant relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contracts to ensure consistent operational standards.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor property budgets, cash flows, and financial reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax, legal, and zoning regulation.
  • Liaise with external accountants, legal advisors, brokers, and technical consultants.
  • Research and identify investment and development opportunities aligned with the group's strategy.
  • Conduct initial market, financial, and feasibility analyses for potential acquisitions.
  • Provide input on portfolio performance and strategic planning.
  • Stay informed of market trends, comparable assets, and emerging opportunities in target regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Experience working with cross-border portfolios or international ownership preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English required.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
