We are seeking a highly qualified
Medical Content Specialist
with a strong clinical background to join our dynamic healthcare solutions team in Athens, Greece.

The ideal candidate will hold a
medical degree (MD, PHD or equivalent)
and possess deep medical knowledge, though
active clinical practice is not required
and/or has worked with a pharmaceutical company.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise to
create high-quality medical content
including journals, newsletters, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, medical proofreading and other educational materials targeted at healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, review, and edit medical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  2. Design and coordinate
    CME programs
    , including content planning, speaker collaboration, and participant engagement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, project managers, and scientific advisors, to deliver compelling educational materials.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments, guidelines, and evidence to ensure content is current and relevant.
  5. Support medical communications initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, and advisory boards as well as medical proofreading.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with strong clinical knowledge.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in medical writing, scientific communication, or healthcare education.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Fluent in English and Greek
    , both written and spoken.
  5. Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
  6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in CME program development or medical education.
  2. Familiarity with publication standards, journal submission processes, and scientific compliance requirements.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
