Job Summary:
  • Execute business development activity to strategically grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Leverage a repeatable sales process to drive deals to closure.
  • Manage prospective and customer accounts through the full sales cycle in your region.
  • Sell primarily to enterprise clients across sectors such as hospitality (hotels, resorts), energy (oil & gas, utilities), retail chains, and other large enterprises, offering satellite connectivity and digital communication solutions.
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospective accounts and convert leads into new business customers.
  • Keep Hubspot CRM updated including sales activity, meetings, pipeline, forecasting, etc.
  • Maintain a consistent and clear line of communication with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
  • Deliver remote or in-person product/service demonstrations via video conferencing tools.
  • Assess customer needs and pain points and recommend appropriate satellite connectivity and communication technology solutions.
  • Accurately prepare quotations and manage procurement processes.
  • Collect and report business intelligence and trends in enterprise verticals.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams and identify opportunities for product or service development.
  • Build expertise around Tototheo Global products and services, particularly in satellite communication solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while leading commercial negotiations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences (3-4 times annually) to represent the company and expand business contacts.
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales activity to the Head of Sales for your region.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of B2B sales experience working with a technology provider.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: IT, Telecommunications, Satellite Communication, or Enterprise Digital Technology Solutions.
  • Prior experience selling satellite connectivity or communication technology solutions to enterprise clients in sectors such as hospitality, retail, oil & gas, or similar.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Background in solution-based selling with a focus on customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve and optimize sales processes.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and a team player with high work ethics.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
