Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:
We´re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and creating positive experiences. In this role, you´ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, guidance, and solutions that make their day easier. Your goal? To turn every interaction into a smooth, stress-free experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers on behalf of the nations largest home improvement retailer
- Offer clear, accurate, and detailed information by navigating company tools and resources effectively
- Address and resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Recommend additional services or products when appropriate to support customer needs
Who We´re Looking For:
- Confident English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
- High school diploma (or equivalent education)
- Comfortable using digital platforms and software applications
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work consistent overnight schedules
