Customer Operations Support Associate

(Ασπρόπυργος)

Ο/H υποψήφιος/α που αναζητούμε θα έχει την ευθύνη της παρακολούθησης και διαχείρισης ενός διευρυμένου φάσματος αιτημάτων που λαμβάνουμε από τους πελάτες μας, την προετοιμασία τακτικών αναφορών, καθώς επίσης, και τη διεκπεραίωση επικοινωνιών με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα με γνώμονα την βέλτιστη εξυπηρέτηση.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης :

  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων των πελατών που λαμβάνονται από όλες τις πλατφόρμες/ email
  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες για την διαχείριση των αναγκών τους
  • Διαχείριση εργασιών με βάση τα SLA εξυπηρέτησης του εκάστοτε πελάτη
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών για το τμήμα Operations and Logistics
  • Διαχείριση της αλληλογραφίας
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας και καθημερινή υποστήριξη του τμήματος πωλήσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/η Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και προγραμμάτων ERP
  • Προηγούμενη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα εμπορικής εταιρείας θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
  • Άριστες επικοινωνίες και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
