The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate (2–4 years of experience) to join a highly respected investment platform in Athens. As an Associate, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to execution and portfolio support. The role offers significant exposure to early- and growth-stage companies, senior leadership, and high-impact projects, making it an excellent step for professionals seeking to build a career in venture capital and private equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support origination and assessment of investment opportunities in high-growth sectors
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and detailed due diligence
  • Prepare investment materials and support decision-making at the investment committee
  • Contribute to deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate growth
  • Build strong relationships with founders, co-investors, advisors, and industry experts

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or transaction services
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
  • Commercial mindset with a keen interest in innovation, startups, and technology-driven markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (Greek a plus)
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
