Your Role: Associate - DeepTech
As a DeepTech Associate, you'll work alongside our team to identify and support founders who are solving some of the world's hardest problems with cutting-edge science and technology. You'll play a critical role in research, company analysis, event execution, and portfolio support, while learning firsthand how global networks of investors, mentors, and partners come together to help founders scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Research: Scout emerging deeptech companies and conduct research on sectors like AI, biotech, robotics, and space.
• Portfolio Support: Help connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and market opportunities, ensuring they get value from the Endeavor network.
• Community Engagement: Support the design and delivery of events, workshops, and mentoring sessions for founders.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Assist in building relationships with partners, investors, and experts who can strengthen Endeavor's deeptech presence.
• Entrepreneur Selection: Prepare company profiles and materials that support the evaluation and advocacy of founders applying to Endeavor.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant work or internship experience (research, startups, VC, community building, or related fields).
• Strong interest in deeptech sectors and in supporting founders tackling big, complex problems.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics clearly.
• Strong communication in English and Greek.
• Problem solver , Self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and collaborating with a diverse team.
