Your Role: Senior Associate – Fintech & Innovation Programs

You will lead two major fintech innovation programs while managing Endeavor's fintech portfolio of scale-up entrepreneurs. You'll be the face of Endeavor's fintech efforts, shaping programming, managing relationships, and amplifying our impact in this critical sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Leadership

2. Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the programs - from scouting and selection through to workshops, mentoring, and showcase events.

3. Ensure a world-class experience for the founders while delivering on partner objectives.

4. Curate and moderate sessions, panels, and events that bring the fintech ecosystem together.

5. Fintech Portfolio Management

6. Manage Endeavor's fintech entrepreneur portfolio, supporting them through tailored connections to capital, markets, mentors, and talent.

7. Anticipate challenges and proactively design opportunities for collective value (roundtables, workshops, thematic initiatives).

8. Corporate & Ecosystem Partnerships

9. Act as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring alignment and impact.

10. Recruit new mentors, investors, and industry leaders to strengthen Endeavor's fintech network.

11. Represent Endeavor in the Greek and international fintech ecosystem.

12. Entrepreneur Selection & Advocacy

13. Build and manage a pipeline of high-growth fintech companies for Endeavor's selection process.

14. Conduct research and prepare in-depth company profiles for evaluation and advocacy.

15. Community Building

16. Design and host events that convene fintech entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates.

17. Contribute to Endeavor's visibility through ecosystem thought leadership and storytelling.

Qualifications: Your Passport to Success

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in program management, consulting, venture capital, or community management.

• Deep interest in fintech, digital banking, and financial services innovation.

• Strong program and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek.

• Track record of owning high-stakes projects from conception through execution

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Compelling communicator who is comfortable and will thrive in front of a room of senior industry leaders, VCs, and founders.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel

• Bonus: familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture financing, or corporate innovation.
