Premier Capital Hellas SA, the operator of 35 McDonald's restaurants and a dedicated Distribution Center in Greece, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Executive / Coordinator
to join its Athens head office team. You will play a key role in streamlining operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, and internal departments, ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time, to support our restaurant network nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ordering processes and inventory tracking using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment of supply with business needs.
  • Monitor and forecast demand, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely availability of materials.
  • Analyse supplier performance, market trends, and logistics capabilities to drive efficiency.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
  • Generate regular reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
