About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial
Founding Associate
to join our core team of tech entrepreneurs building and scaling next-generation AI ventures. In this role, you'll work closely with the founding partners to shape, launch, and grow innovative AI-driven startups across a variety of industries.

You'll play a pivotal role in taking ideas from concept to scale, managing internal processes, supporting business development, and helping establish new ventures from the ground up. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution — and to be part of a fast-moving environment where your impact will be tangible from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate directly with founders and leadership to define go-to-market strategies and business models for emerging AI ventures.
  • Lead and optimize internal operational processes, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and portfolio companies.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to guide business decisions.
  • Support the scale-up of early-stage ventures — from fundraising and partnerships to hiring and product launch activities.
  • Take ownership of key strategic and commercial projects that drive growth across the portfolio.
  • Work hands-on with technical and business teams to turn ideas into reality, testing hypotheses and iterating quickly.

Your Background

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, venture building, or as a founder/operator of a startup.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals, from market analysis to financial modeling.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and readiness to go the extra mile.
