to join our
Corporate & Commercial Law team
.

Our firm advises a broad range of clients in matters relating to corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements, corporate governance, and day-to-day legal support for businesses operating in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
  • Support and participate in complex transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate work
  • Conduct legal due diligence and draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
  • Manage closing processes and post-closing actions
  • Communicate directly with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams and external advisors

Requirements

  • A law degree from a Greek law school
  • Post - graduate degree in the areas of Corporate, Commercial or Civil Law
  • Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant prior experience
  • Excellent use of the English language [written and verbal]

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with clients, staff, attorneys, and to maintain effective working relationships
  • Diligent, organized and resilient
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
  • Good business sense and understanding of the business environment
