Premier Capital Hellas SA, the operator of 35 McDonald's restaurants in Greece, is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join its head office team. You'll play a key role in supporting decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and driving performance insights across the nationwide network that proudly delivers the McDonald's experience to thousands of guests every day.

About the Company

Premier Capital Hellas is a team of 1,700 people and part of Premier Capital plc, the developmental licencee for McDonald's in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania. Together, the group operates 196 restaurants (including McDrive, McDelivery and McCafé), employs over 11,500 people, and serves 90 million guests annually.

Premier Capital is the McDonald's business within Hili Ventures Limited, the group engaged in food service & retail, real estate & hospitality, and shipping, engineering & technology in 10 countries across Europe and North Africa with a team of more than 12,000+ people. Hili Ventures partners with leading global brands including Apple, Konecranes, McDonald's, Microsoft, NCR and Six Senses.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual monthly results to forecast and budget.
  • Identify KPIs, monitor performance against targets, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to align goals.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Analyse costs and expenses to identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and forecast potential impacts on the business.
  • Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (Greek GAAP, IFRS).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and databases.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Entersoft, Microsoft Navision).
  • Background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
