What You'll Do

 Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario

planning

 Analyze financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights

 Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors

 Support cash flow management and capital planning activities

 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align financial forecasts with

business goals

 Contribute to pricing strategies and cost optimization projects

 Assist with ad hoc financial analyses to support growth initiatives

Who You Are

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

 2 years of relevant professional experience (finance, consulting, or similar)

 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling

 Solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and valuation methods

 Fluent in Greek and English (spoken & written)

 Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

 Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods

 Familiarity with startup environments and investor relations
