Role's description:

As a Financial Analyst you are responsible for evaluating financial data, creating forecasts, and offering insights to help Philosofish make informed investment decisions. You analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic conditions to assess risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly results report preparation:

Data information and reporting of monthly results. Preparing financial reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Reconciliation between systems files and reports:

Reconciliation warehouse book, general legend with MIS report.
- Power BI reporting:

Implementation of new reports, maintenance of existing as well.
- Financial Data Analysis:

Analyzing financial data and identifying trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Financial Modeling:

Building and maintaining financial models to support valuation, profitability, and forecasting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assisting with the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and monitoring actual performance versus projections. Working closely with all departments for information accuracy.
- Investment Evaluation:

Analyzing potential investments, conducting risk assessments, and preparing recommendations based on the given data.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position preferable in FP&A,

Finance, Reporting, or Controlling departments in a FMCG sector or as an external auditor.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. A masters' degree

will be considered an asset.
- Good Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP.
- Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including writing macros (VBA), pivot tables, data modeling, power query etc. Data visualization tools Power BI, Tableau or Targit. Familiarity with SQL would be a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
