We are looking for a
Financial Analyst

that will join
Alterlife's

team. The role will
be responsible for the financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a very good understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Main responsibilitie

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial & operational reports
  • Develop, update and handle detailed financial models for strategic budgeting purposes (i.e. network expansion, transformation initiatives etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs; develop ad-hoc analyses, reports, variance analyses to offer insights into financial & operational performance
  • Assist in the development and automation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve efficiency in reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of materials for executive presentations and board meetings

  • Key qualifications & skills

  • BSc and MSc in Finance, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (i.e. CFA, ACCA) considered a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, or corporate finance; previous in-house FP&A role or Big 4 (or other consulting house) experience will be highly valued
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in working with BI and data analytics software (Power BI, Tableau or other)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
