Description

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking "Junior Financial Analyst" to be part of our successful team in our FP&A Analyst.

You have a challenging mission for: 

To rapidly develop foundational financial expertise, contributing actionable insights that enhance profitability and operational efficiency while supporting key corporate finance initiatives.

What you will Do:

  • Help prepare regular financial reports and communicate key results to different teams.
  • Support the creation of standard financial reports, making sure they're accurate and timely.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to help with business decisions.
  • Assist in improving financial procedures and policies.
  • Help compile data for external requests, audits, and potential M&A activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar quantitative field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, accounting, or similar analytical role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and present financial data clearly.
  • Self-driven and a quick learner, keen to pick up new financial tools and industry best practices.
  • Highly numerate with great attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment, with good time management skills.
