We are looking for a motivated
Part-Time Junior Finance Analyst
to support our Finance team in consolidating and analyzing key financial and operational data across our group of subsidiaries. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional with a strong interest in finance, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

As a Junior Analyst, you will assist in delivering actionable insights to senior leadership, contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts, and support day-to-day financial operations. You'll work closely with senior finance professionals, gaining valuable exposure to corporate finance practices in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Operations

  • Support the execution of day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Help maintain and monitor financial systems and procedures.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze revenue, expenses, liabilities, and other key financial indicators.
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Contribute to the budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide insights to help improve forecasting accuracy and performance monitoring.

4. Advisory & Decision Support

  • Support management in interpreting financial data and understanding budget impacts.
  • Contribute to recommendations around investment, cost efficiency, and performance improvement.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present financial findings and insights to management in a clear and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external consultants and advisors when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset in all interactions.

6. Compliance & Data Protection

  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Follow company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial operations.

7. Learning & Development

  • Participate in ongoing internal training programs and skill-building sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date on finance tools, trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Language Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • English and Greek proficiency at B1 level or higher (CEFR).

Experience

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in high-volume or customer-facing environments is an advantage.
