Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Operations Manager, In Charge of Food & Beverage (F&B), to oversee and optimize F&B operations across our portfolio of managed hotels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization across all F&B outlets. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, innovative thinking, and a proven ability to drive profitability in multi-property environments.

This position requires 60% travel across the Group's hotels in Greece and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize F&B operations across multiple international hotel brands.
  • Ensure brand consistency, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through menu innovation, upselling, and cost control.
  • Audit and support property-level teams with regular on-site visits (60% travel).
  • Collaborate with hotel GMs, F&B Directors, and Chefs to deliver outstanding service and profitability.
  • Report on KPIs and performance directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B at group/cluster level.
  • Strong track record in revenue growth, cost management, and service quality.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills (Greek & English).
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-property, fast-paced international environment
