Reports to: Packaging Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging coordinator to join our team and support the Packaging Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing packaging inventory and several packaging-related projects, coordinating with both customers and suppliers, and ensuring that packaging expectations, specifications, requirements, and stock levels are met efficiently and on time for customer orders.

⊃ Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    : Coordinate packaging-related projects, including timelines, requests from customers and partners, deliverables, and support teamwork across departments to help ensure the successful completion of each project.
  • Inventory Management
    : Control packaging components (lids, jars, labels, cartons, etc.) from multiple production facilities to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Order Coordination
    : Monitor packaging inventory levels and place orders for packaging materials based on customer needs and sales forecasts.
  • Supplier Coordination
    : Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Packaging Design
    : Contribute as a team member in the development of new packaging designs.
  • Documentation Management
    : Maintain and update packaging specifications and documentation, ensuring that all packaging meets regulatory and customer requirements, in cooperation with Quality Control (QC).
  • Process Improvement
    : Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to packaging processes and inventory control to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Teamwork
    : Work closely with the Operations, Quality Control (QC), New Product Development (NPD), and Sales teams, as well as production teams and customers, to ensure packaging needs are met for timely order fulfillment.

⊃ Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inventory management, packaging, or supply chain.
  • Previous experience working with customer projections and managing critical paths.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and oral (Proficiency level).
  • Solid computer skills, internet use, MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and ability to excel under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
