Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Orders Processing Coordinator based in Keratea, Athens. The Orders Processing Coordinator will manage daily order processing tasks, including handling purchase orders, managing order documentation, and ensuring timely communication with customers, internal teams and the 3PL providers. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Order Management, Purchase Orders, and Order Processing
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an important asset
