Σύνοψη Θέσης

Ο/η Order& Operations Coordinator είναι το σημείο σύνδεσης μεταξύ πελατών,προμηθευτών, αποθήκης και λογιστηρίου.

Ο ρόλος απαιτεί προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνέπεια, μεστόχο την άμεση και ολοκληρωμένη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καθημερινή διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικών παραγγελιών και άμεση ενημέρωση πελατών για διαθεσιμότητες
  • Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών στο ERP (Entersoft)
  • Συνεχής επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές εξωτερικού στα αγγλικά για επιβεβαίωση διαθεσιμοτήτων και κρατήσεων
  • Συντονισμός με τα τμήματα εισαγωγών, φορτώσεων και λογιστηρίου για τη σωστή διεκπεραίωση κάθε παραγγελίας
  • Ενημέρωση της βάσης δεδομένων με ακρίβεια και συνέπεια
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων και συνεργασία με το τμήμα πωλήσεων για την επίλυση θεμάτων
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και επιστροφών, σε συντονισμό με την αποθήκη

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά & προφορικά).C1
  • Εξαιρετική χρήση ERP συστημάτων (ιδανικά Entersoft) και MS Office (Excel)
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με πολλά τμήματα
  • Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού, μεθοδικότητα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα
  • Εμπειρία σε εμπορική διαχείριση ή διαχείριση παραγγελιών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
