About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Representative / Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to join our team in Athens. This position involves managing B2B sales inquiries, conducting upselling activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have cold calling, upselling, and B2B sales experience and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities for B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker with excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday:
    • 9 AM – 7 PM (shifts: 9–17, 10–18, 11–19).

Relocation Assistance (for candidates relocating to Greece):

  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.

  • Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for onboarding.

Please Note:

  • Relocated employees are required to work onsite for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and an internet connection in Greece.
  • Flight tickets are not included, but reimbursement of up to €300 is available.
  • After the 3-week accommodation period, no assistance with long-term housing will be provided.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent contract.
  • 40-hour workweek (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (rotational shifts).
