Sales & Events Planner - Mykonos

Join our international team as a Sales & Event Planner.

Sales & Event Planner responsibilities include:

  • Creates and confirms Nammos Restaurant Event Orders based on event specifications
  • Planning event aspects, such as location in the venue, seating, dining
  • Events high end brands
  • Collaboration with event planners and close collaboration with kitchen and waiting staff
  • Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers
  • Planning multiple events at once
  • Handle complaints and specific customers' requests
  • Familiarity with regular and VIP guests
  • Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and help to market & promote all internal events
  • Building strong customer relations – develop positive relations

Job requirements

To be a successful Sales & Event Planner, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years of work experience preferably in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as a plus.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience of working in a highly customer focused service delivery role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications etc.
