Συνεδριακή εταιρεία με ενεργήπαρουσία στον χώρο των επαγγελματικών εκδηλώσεων και ιατρικών συνεδρίων αναζητάδυναμική, επικοινωνιακή και οργανωτική προσωπικότητα για την κάλυψη θέσης του Event Planner.

Θέση εργασίας πλήρους απασχόλησης ή part time εργασία.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Oργάνωση και συντονισμόςσυνεδρίων, εκδηλώσεων και εταιρικών δράσεων
  • Εύρεση χορηγιών, ανάπτυξησυνεργασιών
  • Διαπραγμάτευση με χορηγούς, προμηθευτές και συνεργάτες – με στόχοτην επίτευξη βέλτιστων συμφωνιών
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και εξωτερικούςσυνεργάτες

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πολύ δυνατή ευχέρεια λόγου
  • Εμπειρία ή ταλέντο στην εύρεση χορηγιών και στη διαχείριση επαγγελματικών σχέσεων
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών και άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ (Word, Excel, email, social media)
