Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual, located in Greece with work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing phone communications, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires delivering efficient and empathetic support to both existing and potential customers.

    French or Italian
  • B1+ English
