Role Description

This is a full-time for Sales Specialist based in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients and partners, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales team training initiatives and supporting sales management strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring the ability to understand client needs and deliver outstanding support.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, with a focus on driving results and meeting targets.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to contribute to team development and strategic growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
