Office Assistant
. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist in handling basic financial tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense tracking)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
