We are NeuroCoWorks, an innovative agency located in the heart of Athens. We specialize in building custom websites and apps for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to help us connect with potential clients, promote our services, and close deals. This position is commission-based, meaning you'll earn a percentage of the business you bring in — the more you do, the more you earn

What You'll Be Doing:

Identifying and attending events, conferences, and networking opportunities where potential clients are likely to be present.

Actively promoting our services to prospective clients, fostering relationships to generate interest and secure new business.

Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Reporting regularly to the team on the status of leads, including key details such as the level of interest, project type, and timeline.

Collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or sales, ideally within the tech or digital service industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently approach people.

A proactive mindset with a passion for networking and closing deals.

A results-driven approach to securing business and achieving commission-based success.

Ability to work independently and provide regular reports on your activities.
