Communications & Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level)

We are looking for an ambitious
Communications & Marketing Specialist
to join our team, focusing on the execution of our firm's strategic narrative, digital presence, and operational needs.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Communications, and part of a dedicated Marketing & Communications department within the firm, you will be key to the day-to-day operations and tactical execution of our communications strategy across different touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation & Digital:
    Drafting website copy, developing social media content and copy, scripts for video and internal announcements.
  • Project Execution:
    Managing the logistics and execution of firm events, content publication schedules, including the firm's newsletters, and internal communications campaigns.
  • Operational Support:
    Implementing and maintaining organizational systems, including the firm's CRM and Mailchimp databases, to ensure all communications projects run smoothly and meet deadlines.

About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive and meticulous professional with a strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    2-5 years
    of progressive experience in
    Communications, Public Affairs, or Digital Marketing
    either in a corporate (in-house) or agency capacity.
  • Skills:
    Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Sector Interest
    : A demonstrable interest in or understanding of the legal, political landscape, or an educational background in law, economics or politics is an important plus.
  • Education:
    A relevant degree (e.g., Communications, Journalism, Marketing)
  • Languages:
    Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality professional documents in English.
