Position Overview:
As a
Mid Tech Recruiter Consultant
at
Code.Career
, you will play a critical role in helping us build a world-class community of developers in Greece and abroad. You will be responsible for driving our recruitment process for tech roles, sourcing top-tier talent, and engaging with developers who are eager to take the next step in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles, from understanding the job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers following strict deadlines (1-week delivery sprint to max 2 weeks per project using Agile/Scrum methodology).
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand and define role requirements, ensuring alignment on hiring expectations and timelines.
- Leverage diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top tech talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, culture fit, and alignment with role-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles by actively engaging with passive talent through targeted networking, strategic sourcing, and industry events.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring processes by sourcing talent from diverse backgrounds and ensuring that recruitment practices are inclusive.
- Use recruitment analytics and tools to monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of
2 years of experience in technical recruitment
in a fast-paced environment. - Awareness of tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Understanding of various technical roles (Engineers, DevOps, Business Analysts, etc.).
- Experience using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms.
- Experience working with leadership and hiring managers to understand complex hiring needs and deliver against tough deadlines.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Ability to track and report on recruitment metrics and make decisions based on data insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the recruitment function.
