In ManpowerGroup Greece we are constantly growing, and we are looking for a Multilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our Team

Location: Athens, Ampelokipoi

Working Model: Hybrid

What does a typical day as a ManpowerGroup Recruitment Consultant look like:

  • Directly search and source candidates through multiple channels including internet, networking, employee referrals, research, internet, database searches
  • Create job posts for use in a range of media, as well as networking, headhunting and through referrals
  • Advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels & technical requirements
  • Meet monthly and annual targets
  • Use our Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and match them with the needs of our clients
  • Keep current on recruitment trends
  • Participate in all aspects of the Recruitment Cycle
  • Cultivate & extent Manpower's Multilingual Community by participating in various Career Fairs & events

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • Previous experience in Multilingual Recruitment will be considered as a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative, problem solve and work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Continuous learning and development mentality, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demands grow
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Aptitude for communicating effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure and face challenge
