Καθήκοντα
:

  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών προσέλκυσης υποψηφίων.
  • Ενεργός εντοπισμός και προσέγγιση υποψήφιων συνεργατών (agents, στελεχών κ.ά.).
  • Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων και αξιολόγηση δεξιοτήτων.
  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση αγγελιών σε επαγγελματικά δίκτυα (LinkedIn, Job Boards κ.ά.).
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα marketing και HR για την προβολή της εταιρικής κουλτούρας.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs σχετικών με το recruitment.


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1-2 ετών στο recruitment (ιδανικά στον χώρο του real estate ή πωλήσεων).
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, διαπραγμάτευσης και ανάπτυξης σχέσεων.
  • Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Εμπειρία σε εργαλεία HR/recruitment (π.χ. LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS κ.ά.).
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και θετική διάθεση.
