Summary:

We are looking for a
Sales Operations Support
professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Operations Manager (SOM) for Greece, Cyprus, and Romania. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across RSM, CCC, Warehouse, Marketing & Sales to help achieve our commercial objectives in these countries.

  • Fluency in English (C2 level); French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

What you'll be doing:

Operational / Monthly CTC Preparation

  • Assist SOM in ensuring sales operations' flow, resolving operational issues in collaboration with other departments
  • Support SOM for the annual CTC's/protocols creation (translation, creation etc)
  • Preparation of commercial presentations for SF (Sales Force)
  • Translation of the group's presentations and adaptation to the Greek/ Romanian needs( Kick off ppts, dealer presentations etc) in collaboration with MKT
  • Creation and translation to the Greek language of the monthly protocols for the commercial actions per LB.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team

Commercial Approach/ connection with other departments

  • Ensure commercial objectives are reached by supporting in the below activities:
  • Sales actions follow up, reports of SF (Sales Force) data, under the guidance of RSM
  • SF opportunities report per AM & action plan follow up
  • SF activities follow up, (alarms & best practices)
  • Leads management follow up
  • Key accounts yearly action plan follow up in collaboration with KAMs
  • Territory management follow up
  • Sales bonus reports check & pre-validation, in collaboration with MSEM teams
  • Follow up of operational issues and act as a contact with all teams CCC, Pricing, MSEM, Marketing in order to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal customer experience
  • Participation to weekly meetings with CCC, Warehouse, supply
  • Cooperation with the quality department to launch the NPS and CESs survey required.
  • Cooperation with the other departments (S2C, CCC) ensuring EBM function
  • Cooperation with the accounting and ADV department for any credit issues
