Thessaloniki a
Sales Support Representative.

Key accountabilities:

  • Support Sales Executives in expanding and managing customer portfolios within assigned regions.
  • Help retain existing clients and generate new Freight & Logistics business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide responsive support to current and potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales channels and join weekly debriefs with the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and effective use of ARKAS Logistics CRM (ORIAN).
  • Assist in preparing freight quotations, service proposals, and follow-ups to support the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Shipping, or Logistics from a reputable university is required
  • 2 years of experience in Logistics industry
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Very good organizational skills
