On behalf of our client, a leader in digital healthcare solutions, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative / Manager to drive the growth of medical equipment and digital solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in both domestic and international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of health-technology products, technical selling skills, and the ability to translate complex product features into customer‐centric benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new leads and opportunities in hospitals, clinics, public health organizations, private practices, and other medical institutions.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients (hospitals, health providers, government agencies), ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and R&D teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
  • Previous sales experience (1-4 years) in medical devices, digital health platforms or similarly technical / regulated sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset; ability to build trust, respond to requirements, and deliver high‐value solutions.
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and possibly internationally.
